Nike Hypershox – Grey Red |

This is by far the clearest indication of what is to come from Nike and Nike Basketball. Considered by many, even many Nike insiders, to be the company’s largest gamble at the time. The Nike Shox system paid off quite handsomely in the 10 years since its inception in 2001. The basketball sector, however, have gave ways to improved Air Max and/or lighter Zoom Air units, comparative more in tune to the range of motions needed on the court. That will change later this year as Nike Basketball introduces the Nike Hypershox. A merging of 2 popular technical features, the lightweight breathable Hyperfuse upper and the new Nike Shox sole system with air-base pillars. Its unclear which player will deem this new creation to his next signature footwear though there is little doubt it will become the most popular sneakers along those playground courts. via: MarqueeSole.
